href="http://www.ithome.com/" target="_blank">IT资讯5月9日消息 日前腾讯安全发布《2017年第一季度反电信网络诈骗大数据报告》（以下称《报告》），这份报告基于腾讯安全云库、腾讯手机管家、QQ、微信等在内的海量大数据，针对电信网络诈骗的特点设立模型和维度进行全面分析，通过大数据的结论得出当下电信网络诈骗的宏观状况及季度变化状况。

据《报告》显示，2017年第一季度用户标记诈骗号码数量相比第四季度下滑46%、诈骗电话拨打次数比第四季度降低50%、收到诈骗短信的人数也下降了31%；其中，中国因电信网络诈骗损失金额为33.4亿元，相比2016年第四季度降低了29.5%；从诈骗类型看，网络诈骗占比75%位居第一。

2017年第一季度中国专线报案数据显示，总案件数为25.3万件，涉案金额33.4亿。如果按照13亿人口计算，人均被骗近3元。2016年第四季度中国因电信网络诈骗遭遇的损失为47.4亿元。
