Rubin reminded me, VisiCalc was the first spreadsheet application, VisiCalc Apple II successful than MS-DOS and GUI platform in early development for a long time. "The Internet was a brain in a jar," he explained, "but the real world outside of the jar. "Rubin's mission is to create products and companies to link both inside and outside the jar. Rubin is interpreted in this way: extracts data from the real world, dealing with these data in the cloud, and then take measures to control the physical world.

So what is the solution to what it's like? Rubin showed me around the Playground of a few new companies, but I'm not here. 还有一个例子：uAvionix是工程传奇Paul Beard创办的一家公司.Paul是一个发明家，他名下的专利不胜枚举（比如，其中一个是制造DVR的专利）。

uAvionix利用美国联邦航空局使用的硬件和流程来定位空中的飞机，并与之进行联系。原来的系统是一个复杂的老式系统，需要安装一个8磅重的雷达应答器，uAvionix将其缩小成一个8克重的装置，叫做Ping（如上图）。他为什么要这么做?这样一来每架飞机上都可以安装一个Ping。它不仅能够解决近期发生的无人机撞上客机的事，而且能够创造一个“无人机互联网”——用来识别、控制并最终协调空中、地面的所有飞行物（当然上面还有习机的有效载荷、历史位置记录、所有者等信息）。如果我们想让无人机穿梭各地为我们送货，我们就需要在它们内部安装上互联网，对不对?
