Flash to die: Chrome default prohibits running Google's advertising platform rejected-IT information

According to reports, another well-known browser Firefox has the default prohibit running Flash, which first included in HTML5 format.

谷歌尚未完全封死Flash的活路，用户仍然可以自己在选项中设置允许运行Flash文件。

按照谷歌计划，从2017年1月2日开始，谷歌的搜索广告平台也将不再接受Flash格式的文件。

目前，绝大多数的视频网站已经迁移到了HTML5格式。HTML5属于浏览器自有技术，效率更高，用户无需再单独下载消耗资源的插件。

据报道，另外一个知名浏览器火狐也已经默认禁止运行Flash，即首先载入HTML5格式。

若干年前，Flash曾经是风靡互联网的矢量图形文件格式，甚至有一些开发者利用Flash进行应用开发，但是伴随着智能手机的普及，Flash的弱点逐步暴露，其安全性太差、消耗系统资源太多（尤其是手机电量），苹果联合创始人乔布斯一直“瞧不上”Flash，这导致Flash开始走下坡路。

与此同时，HTML5新网页技术标准已经实现了Flash的诸多媒体文件功能，因此HTML5淘汰Flash已是万事俱备、只欠东风。

近年来，Flash已经爆出了太多的安全漏洞，甚至黑客通过Flash可获得电脑端控制权。
